Martin, who came to collect my car in a collection lorry, arrived on time and was very efficient. He did a thorough inspection of the car and talked me through the payment process. I had already notified BWYC of the small scratch on the rear bumper, so there was no haggling on the price agreed which was really competitive and well above the price quoted by similar business models. No complaints from me and I would definitely use BWYC again. Sad to see my BMW go, but he went in style - chauffeured to Leeds by Martin :)

Steve Janman was kind and professional throughout. All sorted in 48 hours I’d 100% use again, especially as I got £1K more than the main dealer.
