Took photos of the car on Tuesday evening, had a phone call about 10 mins after uploading. Documents sent the next day to review, standard contract of sale and request for service history etc., and then collected on the Friday!

Steve Jarman collected the car and was very friendly and helpful. Explained the full process of the inspection and payment. Steve was very quick but took the time to go through the payment process with me ensuring the funds had cleared before leaving.

Excellent service from start to finish. Fast payment for the agreed amount with no haggling like many other companies. The collection driver was very helpful and pleasant too. If you’re looking to sell your vehicle then I would recommend you speak to these guys as I can’t fault them.

"Just terrible"

Just terrible! They sent a person to collect a car. A guy arrived, hardly could speak any English. Spent almost an hour scrutinising the car. Then stared to call back, spent another 30 minutes trying to get to the right person. During that he was starting and stopping the engine, pressing all the buttons and out of the blue Engine check light appeared. It hasn’t been there before and car has been recently serviced by official dealer. He restarted the car multiple times after, did another test drive - there was no alarm anymore. Probable just a glitch. But they still refused to buy. Just waisting of time.

Big made it easy to sell our car. The process was comprehensive but fair with easy guidance on which photos & which angles were required. As long as you highlight any damage the offer is fixed. Mark who collected the car was thorough in his inspection and explanation of what was happening.
From the point that I accepted the offer, the money was in our bank account, the paperwork finalised and the vehicle was loaded and gone within 24 hours. Highly Recommended. Better offer by a long way than We Buy Any Car and a simpler process that Motorway.

The payment was made to my finance company and any extra to myself before the driver left my driveway.
