The customer service was great, the Company was on the ball all the time and delivered the product faster than anticipated.The packaging was good.The product however fell a bit below my expectation- the aroma of Rhododendron seemed missing.Or is it my old age that is the culprit?

One year ago we spent our holidays in Darjeeling. That is the way we learnt abot Mayukh. Now we ordered some tea, our first experience with sending from India to Germany. It is not so easy, especially for the sender, they have to do a lot of writing - but at last, it worked and we are happy with the products. Some of them we knew from last year, some are new for us.
In summary: It is not easy, it takes time, but it works and it is a great experience. Try it!
