Si vous êtes français, je vous déconseille vivement mira clinic. Beaucoup de promesse en sms! Non joignable par téléphone comme par hasard. Faites comme moi aller chez une clinique privé ou l’on ne torche pas le client comme une serpillière !!!!
Une vrai arnaque cette clinique!
Il y a bien mieux pour le même prix en Turquie.

"Non è una Clinica è una macelleria .. un incubo con grande rischi d grande sofferenza "

Sconsiglio nel modo più assoluto di andare in questa clinica. È un incubo che non è ancora finito. All’inizio ti mostrano disponibilità e chiamare infinite per averti come cliente presso loro come è successo a me. Mi hanno promesso un prezzo concordato. Ma Una volta che sono ad Istanbul il giorno dopo mi trovo con un direttore medico siriano Mohamed che è più commerciante che medico e tratta solo i soldi e non mi ha sembrato di trovarmi con un medico. Il prezzo è passato da 7 mika euro a 10 Mila euro è davvero avevo deciso di mollare e rientrare in italia anche perché per mestiere lavoro con medici e sanitari e non ho avuto la minima impressione di trovarmi con un medico ma con un businessman purtroppo. Ho fatto tutto il primo giorno senza preavviso in modo che non puoi cambiare idea. Non ti informano di nulla. Non ti danno nessun rapporto medico e nessuna garanzia. Devi chiedere tutto te. Altrimenti sei perso. E tieni a casa senza denti e senza documento in mano nel caso ti succede qualcosa e hai bisogno di raccontare in ospedale cosa hai fatto alla tua bocca e i tuoi denti. Anche per le fatture non li sanno fare. Io tuttora oggi dopo 5 mesi ho bisogno delle fatture per la mia assicurazione per avere indietro qualche Euro ma loro non sono in grado di fare delle fatture normali e come Dio comanda. La ragazza con chi ho a che fare Julia tunisina anche lei non mi risponde più e sono molto arrabbiato. In questa clinica ti trovi abbandonato dopo l’intervento e non cercano di aiutarti dopo in quanto ci sei cascato e sei obbligato a finire il lavoro iniziato. Sono tutti siriani e marocchini e altre nazionalità. Per loro è un business. È stato il più grande errore della mia vita e non la consiglio anche al peggiore dei miei nemici. Volevo andare in Albania che li parlano Italiano e sono europei e sono tutti formati ai standard italiani. Purtroppo sconsiglio questa clinica e vi giuro che fino adesso non riesco ad avere una fattura fatta bene accettabile in italia di 5000 mila pagate alla clinica MIRA. Dovrei andare a fino mese di marzo ma non riesco ancora a definire tutto con la ragazza perché non risponde .. e quindi state alla larga da questa macelleria. Non lasciatevi ingannare dalla pubblicità sono tutti pagati e la realtà non è così

Всем привет. Клиника красивая. Но хороших специалистов нет. Оставила только деньги, которые просят заплатить сразу 100 %. Приехала со своим временным мостом. Хотела сделать голивудскую улыбку. Сделали все криво. Смотрите фотографии. Нижние виниры косые. Одни ниже, другие выше. Верхний мост смещение вправо. Зубы не имеют центра во рту. Цвет не совпадает с белым. Два имплантаты нарушены. Ощущаю боль до сегодняшнего дня. Без примерки нового моста. Попросила возместить мне деньги. Возместили только 150 евро. Смотрите чеки. Мое мнение , если для клиники тяжелая работа - зачем беретесь? Обслуживалась у доктора Надира. Обман вокруг. Обещанно 10 дней. 3 недели в гостинице. 3 недели потери работы. Ужас. Никогда больше. И каждому советую подумать.

Vraiment très bien accueilli le personnel trop bien le transfert de l'aéroport a l'hôtel et de l'hôtel a la clinique toujours a l'heure. La vérité je ne m'attendais pas a sa surtout pour la douleur rien des tout j'ai fais 9 plantation rien comme douleur comme j'attendais et que sa me tracasser je suis très content . Vraiment il faut y aller

Très satisfaite du cadre du personnel médical, très bonne prise en charge, bonne coordination avec les transports, hôtel confortable, traducteur bienveillant, sans oublié chargé de communication Linda qui a répondu et répond toujours à toutes mes questions avec précision et gentillesse. Expérience conforme à ce qui a été planifié au départ. En plus d'une propreté exemplaire de la clinic et de la salle d'opération,. Dans l'attente d'une bonne résultat dans les mois prochain. Je le recommande vivement.

"Rendez vous dentaire"

J'ai eu mon premier rendez-vous il y a une semaine et j'en suis totalement ravis.
Un taxi m'a récupéré moi et ma famille et nous a déposé à l'appartement alors que nous avions pris un airbnb, le taxi me récupère avant chaque rendez-vous et me dépose après les rendez-vous.
Concernant les rendez-vous, ils était très réactif et mon expliqué en détail la procédure et en plus en français.
Tous particulièrement un grand merci à Julie avec qui j'étais en contact dès le début et qui a tous géré.

I could not recommend Mira Clinic in Istanbul enough the entire process from booking as well as any help I required along the way was made extremely easy thanks to David who was a fantastic help and went above and beyond to assure we received the best possible service can't think him enough for his help to assure myself and my son received a first class service he is an absolute asset to Mira Clinic and could not be happier with service he provided for us, 5 stars!

BEWARE!!! I am in the process of researching various clinics for some needed dental work in Turkey and reached out to get a treatment plan from Mira Clinic. Was put in touch with David via WhatsApp as I am in USA. David has zero interest in listening to my needs, providing an opportunity to discuss my questions and only cares about booking appointments and getting a deposit. Customer service was awful he was borderline rude and made clear he was frustrated when I had not “booked” within 3 days of reaching out for a treatment plan (which did not address my needs at all). He was dismissive of my input. If he is any indication of the service the clinic provides as a whole I’m thankful I identified the clinics true colors before proceeding.
