J'ai passé un super moment chez Mira Clinic. J'ai soigné mes dents et fait une greffe de cheveux. L'équipe était incroyable, une organisation et un.professionnalisme impressionnant. Sans compter l'accompagnement durant le séjour Je n'oublierai jamais cette expérience. Merci Mira Clinic, Sara et Ahmet 💫🔥. Je rentre à Paris très satisfait.

Estafa, No vayas.
It's all a lie, a disgrace, once you arrive at Mira in Istanbul, they send you to another clinic, not the one that is being advertised, they change your treatment plan, the budget, if they charge you, they will turn you into a puppet, the first treatment is basic but they charge you 3 times more, they do it in such a way that you don't come back to the clinic, a disaster, it's much cheaper in your country, the bosses are Arabs not Turks, if you want a terrifying vacation, come here, you'll see...

"Mira Clinic est un premier choix"

Avant de choisir Mira Clinic, j'ai contacté plusieurs cliniques et après analyse, j'ai retenu le sérieux ainsi que l'efficacité dans l'accompagnement jusque dans les moindres détails pour me permettre de franchir le cap et accorder ma confiance à Mira Clinic.
Tout cela, grâce aux compétences de Madame Asia, la conseillère qui a été toujours disponible à n'importe quel moment de la journée et claire dans ses conseils.
Il ne s'agit que d'une première étape où l'excellent Dr Nur a dû extraire plusieurs dents + sinus lifting. Dr Nur a fait preuve de beaucoup de patience pendant l'opération.
Je dois observer plusieurs mois d'attente étant donné l'insuffisance osseuse pour accueillir les implants.
Pour le moment, je suis plutôt serein et rassuré grâce à madame Asia ainsi qu'à la clarté des explications et professionnalisme du docteur Mohamed qui a été très précis et s'est assuré que j'ai totalement compris ses explications et solutions et en qui j'accorde ma totale confiance dans le suivi du dossier.
Merci aux chauffeurs toujours ponctuels et courtois pour les différents trajets.
En attendant la seconde étape et le résultat définitif où je manquerais pas de vous réveler mes témoignages, je peux conclure sur cette première étape en affirmant que Mira Clinic n'est pas juste une clinique parmi d'autres mais un ensemble d'ingrédients permettant à n'importe quelle personne de franchir le cap de la peur pour entamer des soins dentaires.

"VERY Detailed! For a reason!"

If you want a detailed review, keep reading. Yes it's long but in alot of detail!

So it all starts off with 100% of the communications being via what's app.
Including my personal consultant David, right down to receiving appointment transfer times while over there.

I wanted my best mate to be with me and I only had to pay for her flights. She was included in the hotel stay which is included in your treatment plan.
I spoke with David almost any time of the day/night. He didn't seem to sleep! Haha
He was fab and answered every question I had. He even advised us of places to visit while was was over there.

Day 1: It was easy to find our transfer from the airport and it was comfy, stylish and private! Just me and my friend. It took us straight to the hotel. We checked into the hotel with no issues and then enjoyed the rest of the evening having a beer at the bar. I received a text from the transfer company that night saying what time I need to be ready in the hotel lobby for my 1st appointment the next day.

Day 2: Transfer was on time and no complaints. Just a normal taxi type vehicle this time but private. Once I arrived at the clinic (8 minute drive) , I was asked to fill out a form (health questionnaire and personal details). I was called in 5 minutes later for a detailed full mouth xray. I'd just like to add, at this point I hadn't paid them a penny. Not even a deposit. Just paid for mine and my friends flights.
Around 20 minutes later. I was called into a room with who I call 'MrGray' ;)
He talked me through what he recommended, different options I could take and prices with my full xray on the big screen.
We finally agreed on my treatment plan! Whoo hooo let's do this!
I was escorted to the payment room where I paid for 100% of my treatment.
15 minutes later, I was called into a dental room and treatment began!!! So quick and efficient.
I was taken back to the hotel in a private taxi and left to rest for the day. From there, you just wait for your next transfer text.
Days 3 - 6. I was contacted randomly with transfer collection times (Picked up, sometimes in luxury vehicle, sometimes not) and taken directly to the clinic for further treatment.
I often had 3 hours straight on the treatment chair. Yes, it was a living hell at the time and not enjoyable AT ALL!
Multiple times I was ready to get up and go home but then knew, I couldn't. I just had to stick at it and be strong!

Towards the end of my treatment, I was asked if I could extend my visit, to which I told them NO and that I told them this when the treatment plan was arranged/agreed.
I was then told my crowns may not be ready in time for my departure home!!!
Well of course, I ended up in the managers office, crying my eyes out, full face numb and teeth shaved ready for crowns.
I explained my issue to him. He was fabulous. He got straight on the phone. Then got off the phone to tell me they WILL be ready. He had rushed them through and that they would be ready 2 days before I left the country!! Happy dayz :D. Thank you Mr boss man.

2nd to last day of my experience:
The second I received my transfer text, I was over the moon, this ment my teeth were ready! I could finally relax!
They were dry fitted and I could look at them in the mirror. This was the 1st and not the last time I cried with joy!
I signed a statement to say I was happy for them to be cemented in. Bish bash bosh, I had new teeth 🥰
It's now. . . . . . 3 weeks exactly since I returned home with my new teeth and I'm a completely different person. Full of confidence. I have no issues what so ever and the slight sensitivity I did have, has now gone. My gums have healed over nicely and now it's just fingers crossed the cement lasts as long as they say. Haha.
Yes! I'm eating properly and no! There is no pain. I'm eating steaks with no problems, ice cream with no sensitivity. It's fantastic.

So to finalise my review

Pros:
Time efficient
Cheap as chips!!!
Reliable
Transfers all included
Not a penny paid until AFTER treatment plan agreed.

Cons:
Some staffs English is really bad. Especially the dentists themselves.
Waiting times can be quite long, sometimes over an hour.

Finally, I highly recommend Mira Clinic to anyone. Any issues, speak with the manager, he will see you right xxx

Bonjour, je vous déconseille Mira clinic car j'ai un grand problème, une infection très grave et comme j'ai demandais leur intervention ils ont refusé alors leur garantie elle sert à rien.
Attention ils veulent que l'argent.

J’ai eu une très bonne expérience pour mes dents. Le personnel est très professionnel et ils étaient aux petits soins avec moi. Je les remercie tous et surtout Loubna qui m’a suivi du début jusqu’à la fin. Je recommande Mira Clinic c’est parmi les meilleurs en Turquie

Мне всё понравилось, хорошая клиника с современным оборудованием, очень милый и приветливый коллектив клиники. Меня консультировал Эмир, очень грамотно ведёт клиентов, всё мне объяснил, что да как. Вообщем клиника топового уровня, всем своим знакомым советую эту клинику.

Все происходило точно так , как договаривались, даже больше, так как изначально, по моим снимкам врач посоветовал мне дорогие и качественные импланты для верхней челюсти, а когда в Станбулк сделали снимки, то врач решил делать обычные имплантанты, а не Зигома, как планировал врач. Я довольна и работой врача , который мастерски, за один присест, при местной анестезии, сделал мне 14! Имплантов и наращивание нижней челюсти кости и синус лифтинг. Жду полного заживления и снова поеду в Стамбул!!!! Всем советую.
