I don't usually write reviews but have to make an exception for John and his team at London Estates. They are outstanding. John has managed our flat for around 6-7 years and has been the best agent we have dealt with. Any issues and repairs were resolved quickly and (importantly for us) our tenants were looked after and happy. When the neighbour's bathroom sink was leaking through the wall, John went the extra mile and personally resolved the issue - which was a lifesaver given we live outside of the UK. When it came time to sell, John found a buyer in a tough market and shepherded us and them through the process professionally. In a sea of mediocre estate agents out there, John is a rare find.

London Estates has been amazing. I can't fault them. Having dealt with many difficult estate managers in the past, I can honestly say that everyone at London Estates is lovely. Whenever we've had an issue or a broken part, they've sent someone round within two hours. We've never waited more than 24 hours to have an issue resolved—even when they needed to order specific parts!
