"Damaged Radiator twice"

Couldn’t find a radiator of the size I required on the internet only on Trade-plumbing 1500mm x 500mm unfortunately when it was delivered a day later than had been sent by email from TNT it was damaged it had been dropped on one corner? So phoned and emailed photos to Trade plumbing who were very good and said they would send me another one and that they would let me know when it would be delivered. Well it came with out warning so rushed home from work to find the packaging damaged, when I took it out it was slightly damaged so thought I would be better of keeping this one at least it hadn’t been dropped. Phoned trade plumbing who were willing to send another one. Bought a different radiator from Wickes no problem and no damage guess who I’m going to use in the future???

"Issues Quickly Resolved by Supplier"

I originally ordered a different rad from their website but although not shown on the product page, it turned out the item was out of stock and not available until July. However I was immediately offered two alternatives, the one chosen being delivered quickly. Unfortunately there were some minor issues with the standard of painting on the radiator which required some over-spraying. However when I raised this with TradePlumbing they quickly offered a partial refund without any question.
