Product was exactly as described. Looked at it in a local dealer prior to purchase and was impressed. Saved £20 by buying on line. Arrived very promptly.

I recently ordered the multi tool Mitox 26 MT. I am not a very technical person and it took me a few hours to assemble but this was at a very relaxed pace. I have used the hedge trimmer attachment and it appears to be very good. I have not mastered the art of using the chainsaw but will contact Mitox for advice. After receiving the product , I had to ring their customer services. I spoke to a guy called Lewis who was very helpful and very polite. He picked up the phone within a few seconds and dealt with my problem. He was excellent.

I can't fault my buying experience with Mitox. Delivery took one day as promised. Instructions were very clear and the new Mitox Petrol Strimmer is so efficient and easy to start. I would recommend it to anyone especially if they have a lot of grass to cut.

So far so good. Item arrived on time and working fine. Instructions in english are well written. (not in chinglish like some products these days)
Would happily recommend the product. Cannot comment on durability longevity. However, bought a similar but more powerful from Amazon for £20 less. Let's wait and see.
