BookFuel made the whole process easy to get my first book published and I will tap them again when the next book is ready. They did a great job on bringing my cover design to life. It was one thing to write the book, but to then hold the finished printing in my hand. Beyond happy with the end results. Could my book used a deeper edit, yes but that was on me.

My experience with book fuel is one, my very first publishing experience and I commend bookfuel for being one of the few if not the only self publishing company that allows clients to make payments as they go. That is an awesome opportunity afforded to those of us who are unable to pay up front. However, the process is stretched entirely too far out. Things that other publishing companies would have completed in a matter of weeks, took Bookfuel months with the same quality results. Two, the payment services needs serious upgrading. One should NOT have to go through Paypal to retrieve payment nor wait FORTYFIVE days to retrieve a physical check, not in this modern day and time. There should be an option to collect royalties as a direct deposit. Also, clients are unable to monitor their book transactions in real time. This becomes a trust factor due to if a company isn't recognized for having the financial responsibility to provided royalty payments electronically via direct deposit, how could your company be trusted to provided the correct stats month by month? You are not allowing the customer/client the ability to regulate their own sells. I will NOT use Bookfuel to publish any of my future pieces. I will actually be happy to come to an end of our contractual commitment.
