From the very beginning, I was treated very well by BookFuel Folks. They were honest with me, forthcoming as to what to expect. Made promises that they kept and worked with me from the beginning to the end of my book. Thank you very much BookFuel. I would recommend this company to anyone and would like to continue to work with you on my next book!

"You sent me your software not once but …"

You sent me your software not once but twice that I couldn't figure out how it worked and when I asked for help with the software, I was told to go to the library for help. (That's what people pay for)? You can't tell the customer how your software works! What kind of employees do you hire at your Book Company? I could never get a person to call me back. The email always said I am out of the office. That's not very good public relations. When I complained someone finally called me back. You do not have user- friendly software, MHO.

Great service from start to finish. Book Fuel offers a fantastic representation of their product. They deliver exactly what they say they can deliver. I am one satisfied customer. My finished book is amazing.

"Very dissatisfied with their service"

Very dissatisfied with their service. The editing job was poor, leaving several misspelled words, wrong spelling of words, and improper placement of punctuation. These issues continued right up until the final edit, and when I pointed out the one error, I was told it was up to me to fix. On several occasions, when I sent in questions, I was told I had to email someone else, rather than my contact forwarding the email, or finding the answer for me and replying. Over all, terrible customer service. I will not be using them again.

They came through with what they promised. Pricing wasn't too bad. They were wonderful to work with and very professional. they were able to give me a little guidance where permitted as far as stylistic opinions which I really appreciated. My contact, Julia was kind and knowledgeable, helpful and responsive throughout the entire process.
I will likely use them again for my next project.

"Overall good experience"

Book fuel was great about putting out a professional product. The payment plans made it easy to afford. Overall it was a great experience. The only areas of improvement would be knowing what each author purchased, I felt like I had to remind them of everything I purchased. The web design was also a little slow. Overall though I would recommend this service & will use it for the next book.

They helped me a lot as this was my first time. My contact was very helpfull, I had previously self published it on amazon kdp, they were able to keep my reviews when it switched. I got 5 images with my package and they financed me in house, a reasonable monthly payment. They blew me away with the cover. They helped me achieve a dream come true in a way, I am still impressed when I look at it and read it, I am a hero to my kids and very proud of what I did with their amazing help, worth every penny.
