They approve you, send you a signed and binding credit agreement, then don’t let you have the credit and ask for additional documentation. Avoid this company at all costs it’s a complete scam.

Stay clear they do hard search and then give you a list of lenders you can apply for if you want a broker use one of the ones that only do soft search as this brung my score down 25 points and stuck on my credit file for 1 year it doesn't say anywhere that they do hard searches for credit broking so I've reported it in the hope I can have this removed but I'll not hold my breath
