Polar credit are amazing. There interest rates are really good. They don’t over charge you for what you borrow. They are very relaxed on payments which make it very easy to pay back.

Not a great experience. I applied for a running credit account with, that was declined but as an alternative was offered a £150 loan with cashasap, a sister company.

Logged into try to use this option and their website crashed so was unable to follow through. I started a new application which was declined. They have advised that they cannot reinstate the original offer and I’ve left with a hard credit search and no loan .

Poor customer experience and customer service. Don’t use them based on this experience.

They made a hard search on my credit file, yet after filling in my information, I was sent directly (no refusal message, no message to explain) to a page listing lenders I could apply to. So they made a hard search while offering me no credit, while apparently being a direct lender. Steer clear

Yep u asked for my bank login details and thats bad but u got them and i guess you where blocked access by my bank.Not good behaviour but even if you got in u cant steal money anyway.I alerted my bank to your activity before i gave you the details anyway and its looking like fraud...Just spoken to my bank and they never heard of your company and asking for the login details was a sign of fraud so the details had to be changed.Well watch this reply ???Polar Credit staying silent ????Truth cant be explained it seems???TIMES UP IM SHARING THIS TO MY FOLLOWERS AND ASKING THEM TO SHARE IT SO A MILLION PLUS WILL SEE IT.

On one good experience l would rate this website as ok to begin with logging in and receiving payment but when repayment is due would you kindly like someone coming to your premises and asking for the payment when it’s website states payment can be made via banking card or payment on line .
