"ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!"

I cannot put into words how incredible this company is. Obviously I was a bit nervous about paying out nearly 10k for a company that I had never heard of but once we had started the process, all my fears had fallen away.

Ben over there was incredibly helpful from the second I gave them a call. The process was perfect and the customer service was some of the best I have ever known.

However, the ring.....that is something else entirely. It is simply stunning and 100x my expectations. Everything from presentation to paperwork....absolutely exceptional.

Do not hesitate to press the button with Keyzar....they are our goto jewellers now.

After looking for almost a year, I finally found MY ring! I purchased the Twig Emily engagement ring and matching wedding band; they arrived quickly and are even more beautiful than I expected. I've had my rings for about a week and get complimented multiple times per day :)

The moissanite gem is absolutely gorgeous! We purchased a round moissanite gem with a yellow gold band. Our delivery was early by a few days, and we were both quite pleasantly surprised! All of the representatives were very easy to get in touch with whenever I had a question as it was our first time buying moissanite and we weren't sure what exactly to expect. But to our surprise, it was everything and more!

One thing that I did notice is that when I cleaned the top of the gem, there was a dark color residue on the cloth that I had used. I'm not sure if that residue came from the ring box, but just something you should be aware of. I've looked into how to clean and maintain the gem, and it's pretty simple and straightforward - soft brush/cloth, mild soap, and warm water and let it soak in that solution.
