purchase was fairly straight forward. I would like to see an option to not get a pile of emails and text messages after the purchase, almost ruined the surprise when i am getting 5 emails and texts a day for weeks at a time.

"Exceptional Service"

There was a mishap with the original ring that I ordered. I was supposed to have a hidden gem (ruby) set into the band but instead when I received the engagement ring it was a diamond. Keyzar was very responsive and accommodating to remedy the issue. It was easy to work with customer service and they were very apologetic. Things happen and that's life but what set Keyzar apart was their ability to handle the circumstance with empathy and grace as well as making every effort to remedy situation quickly.
