We had a bit of a stressful experience purchasing from Keyzar. My ring lasted about 6 months before I started to have problems with two prongs breaking. We sent it in for repair and then a couple months after that the center stone fell out. We sent it back again for repair or to have it remade with a different setting. But with just our luck the diamond was lost during the shipping process . Initially they were under the impression that we lost the diamond so they were offering a discount to purchase another center stone as a lost stone is not covered. Once they realized it went missing after it was out of our hands and during shipping they did approve our request to get a full refund. They did resolve our issue so we are satisfied with that portion of the transaction. However, it is important for future customers to be aware that the customer service line is hard to get through to an actual person for assistance. It’s mostly all through email which can take days of back and forth to get to a resolution. The ring we had purchased was absolutely beautiful so I wish we had had a better turnout.

Creating the ring was very easy and let me decide exactly what I wanted. I was able to get my now fiancée the perfect ring. I was worried it wouldn’t come in on time but working with their customer support they assured me they would make sure it arrived in time for me to propose on our trip to Colorado. I’ll tell you that I was skeptical in the beginning. But after reading all the reviews and communicating with customer service, I was confident that I would have no issues with my order. Ordered an engagement ring and I was told 30 days for production. I let them know that I needed it sooner as it was going to be a holiday Engagement. Well, they came through and overnighted it to me about a week earlier than I even needed it. It’s gorgeous. I’m sure she will love it.

Everyone thinks it is a real diamond and I get compliments galore!! It really stands out! I was hesitant to purchase online, but so glad I did!

What an incredible experience. I was cautiously optimistic about ordering the ring online despite the good reviews because of the horror stories I’ve heard about online only retailers but I could not be more impressed. The pricing for quality was better than anything else I found and the customer service was incredible. I called a few times throughout the process because I was stressed about the time frame as I am traveling soon and the representatives helped get me the ring earlier than initially anticipated. Every time I called they were very friendly and I never felt as though I was being a bother. I even began a call one time and had to hang up before I could get someone and later on I received a call returning my hangup to make sure everything was ok. I haven’t had that level of service ordering anything before let alone jewelry. As it stands, I will absolutely be recommending Keyzar to anyone who asks.
