I am in love with my ring! Keyzar gave us exceptional customer service. My partner proposed prior to receiving the ring. We had to update the size which was very easy. After doing research we decided to change the setting to the Natalie with a 2mm band. Even though it was over a week after the ring was ordered keyzar happily changed the ring and called us within the day of our email. Even with the adjustments the ring still came in during the promised timeline. We couldn’t have had a better experience and the ring is everything that I’ve ever wanted!
