The Delevery was in two pieces so I had to wait 2 times.
And the product was NOT wat they promised!
There are dents in the surface it was damaged! And Pamono never replied to my 3 emails about the dents on the surface.
Really lousy supplier.

Delivery by Magic Movers delayed when their van broke down, then items were dumped in foyer (I live on the 3rd floor) as wrongly told I didn’t have in-home delivery, then I was insulted by delivery men when they did arrive late at night (told I needed to “learn to read”).
There was no response from Pamona when I wrote numerous times to confirm in-home delivery for my order and no response afterward when I wrote numerous times to complain.
Have used you many times but never will again, and will post my negative reviews. You take the money and run.
You should also offer to remove and dispose of packaging.

Great choice and service for purschase/delivery, but very difficult getting communications out of Pamono, particularly once had paid for goods and was making trying enquiries about additional purschases- struggling to get in contact and rarely too same person. Hope to find better service with them soon as is potentially great site.

Pamono showed remarkably little interest in ensuring our purchase actually got to us. The excuse was that they did not have details of the courier but were not providing us with details of the seller so we could not make direct contact. The system seems inappropriate for the service you are claiming to provide.

Je tiens à revoir mon avis sur l'entreprise Pamono, car suite à mon mécontentement(visible un peu plus bas !) cette entreprise a fait tout le nécessaire pour pouvoir demander à son fournisseur de réparer le préjudice !!!
Ce qu'ils ont fait avec beaucoup de sérieux!! Et je les remercie ! Leur fournisseur à reconnu son erreur !

J'ai commandé mon siège Pamplona armchair le 20 janvier et je l'ai reçu plus de 6 semaines après !!! c'est-à-dire le 3 mars et ce siège qui est vendu pour du palissandre n'est autre que du frêne teinté couleur palissandre!!! Même s'il est conforme aux photos il n'est pas conforme au titre indiqué dans l'annonce ! Il y a tromperie sur la marchandise !
