"Lovely garage"

Lovely garage, delivered and put up by two very cheery operatives (Trev and Shem). Quickly put up, found a slight damage after they left but I have no doubt they'll sort it because they have been professional throughout my order. Very happy with this garage and company.

I had a excellent experience overall and Lidget Compton have worked with me and even compensated my for slight delay.

I spoke to an Agent who over the phone who was very keen to help and would answer questions. Kept in touch which is ideal.

The instructions for base and delivery day were straight forward and clear.

On the delivery day Tony and Kai waited in their Lorry for my return from work. They were happy with the ramp I had install on steps and were swift to begin the job. They were happy to speak to me and have some banter. As they were building it they gave me many useful tips and advice on how to further develop my outdoor building.

It was unfortunate on the day of delivery that the windows were all missing but they made me aware straight away and asked politely if I still want to erect it today. I contact Lidget Compton and they gave me further information and gave me new dates to when I can have the windows put in. There were temporary panels put in which were latyer changed with windows as promised and swiftly.

I asked Lidget Compton if they would give me some baton plates so I can insulate next summer. They gave me enough free of charge which was very generous.

I have been advised to seal around the outside on a dry day which I have not done yet but have the tibes ready.

The cement filament is holding the rain water out and inside has remained dry. There has been zero leaks from the room and is solid.

Slight issue would be the gutter isnt tilted enough to channel thje water but I can resolve this.
The front door keeps adjusting its self and now it wont open. I have not had time to fiddle with it.

New Lidget Compton garage installed by Tony & Kai today,weather was pretty poor but they simply got on with it,and a great job done too.Later in the day the sectional door team turned up Neil & Keaton to instal the garage door,again carried out a professional job.my garage looks great and compliments my property well.from start to finish,from visiting a local display centre to see the products to placing an order and finally delivery and erection has been a very positive experience but above all what matters to me is the good old fashioned customer service. Excellent.

The team turned up on time, erected the garage within a couple of hours, and the finish is good.
The installation team (Trev/Steve/Keaton) took the time to check things with me as they progressed and gave me a quick tutorial when they had finished.
