Good people to deal with, properties are never empty for long periods. Sometimes the communication about tenants vacating could be better but that has improved a lot recently

Lamont was unable to ensure proper communication with landlord and to satisfactorily resolve problem. My experience when my tenant left the contract in July 2018, the company was completely unaware of the situation until I realised there was no rental income when I received my end-of-year statement in Dec 2018. No financial incentive was attempted to provide for their negligence, because the company should have called out and find a tenancy replacement, not the client. The head of sale was hard to reach and they did not take initiative to resolve the situation. I do not think they put customer first.

Currently, with an recent increase in service charge, I find their service overall even more not worthy and I personally do not recommend this company.

I didn’t choose opt out the Rent and Legal Assurance because I was neither provided with a choice nor properly explained for this. I was not even aware I am NOW enrolled in the scheme in fact.

We have a new agent assigned to us last year and she is more responsive than the last so I am improving my rating.

My apartment is not cared for. I donot get update on my tenant vacation status. I am made to lose rental income for negligence of your associates.
Last time I lost almost 10000 GBP. And from 27March2023 i am losing again without any update on status of my apt.
