PERM RAI IS AMAZING! The New manager!
My washing machine broke and i cant thank this lady enough she sorted it out and got the job done and dusted within a week. As well as the carpet clean to go with it! As the water leaked everywhere.
Can i just say how lovely this woman genuinely is. She even gave me a follow up call to make sure i was happy with everything. I honestly feel she is VERY approachable and gets the job done i heard good things about her with other residents also within castle court so hands down i give her 10/10!

6 years iv been here and every time i called lamonts with an issue i was afraid id get spoken to rudely and dismissed about my issues. Never did i see myself leaving an amazing review ill be honest. Since this new manager i definitely see changes within the company. And i hope she stays and makes more of Castle courts residents feel safe and heard as she has done so already.

When it comes to lamont it depends on the property manager weather you have a good or bad experience. I've had both. The previous property manager was very bad the whole building was complaining about her she was not supportive, attentive or helpful at all but luckily a wonderful lady called perm rai has now taken over property manager role and i can honestly say she is the most polite helpful friendly person ive spoken to at lamont and she gets the job done. i asked the previous property manager 3 things that needed to be fixed in the property as i have a newborn and its not safe and still after 1 year she didnt fix anything she just tried to avoid getting anything done but perm rai got it all resolved for me all in one go without any stress. everybody in the building is talking about her and is really happy with her. she is an asset to lamont. she is the kind of supportive manager thats needed to get the job done and that friendly voice at the end of the phone line whos there to help and not speak down to you and be condesending and rude.
