Cost of replacing a window (only one contractor asked): one thousand nine hundred pounds. My tenant has been through the whole of Christmas and New Year with a window he had to board up himself and they couldn't even get a second quote.

Since the first day I moved in, the pipe of kitchen sink was missing and there was a leak underneath. The pipe then kept missing for few weeks before contractors could be arranged. Washing machine pipe still cannot be installed either for weeks after I have contacted Lamont and made the request on property profile multiple timesd as requiresed. All works created on property profile were ignored and cancelled e.g. radiators.
