Mark showed us a few properties in Parkview, Digbeth. He was very friendly and professional. We’re were able to view the property on the day we called to enquire. We wanted to move in asap and he organised everything pretty well and quick and we moved in just a week later. Great service so far.

"Disappointing Experience with Lamont Estates"

As first-time property investors, we had high expectations for clear communication and proactive support from our property manager. Unfortunately, our experience with Tamika has been frustrating and disappointing.

It has been three weeks since completion, and we still have no information on how many people have enquired, if any, about the property or whether any viewings have been booked. We have repeatedly had to chase for updates on basic details, such as whether the keys have been collected or confirmation of the agreed market price.

To make matters worse, we purchased a furniture pack and were not even informed that it had been installed. We only discovered this through pictures on the Rightmove listing, which was a shocking lack of transparency. Email responses have also been consistently delayed, with several days passing before receiving clarity on important questions.

We even emailed Lamont Estates directly to express our concerns and requested to be assigned to a different property manager. Despite this, two weeks have passed, and we have not received any response at all.

As overseas investors, we need a property manager who keeps us informed and confident throughout the process. Tamika's approach has left us feeling dissatisfied and questioning whether Lamont Estates is the right fit for our needs.
