Having done plenty of research on reputable clearance companies registered with the Environment Agency, I selected Just Clear who operate a franchise model. Specifically I contacted the Aylesbury branch owned by David Mitchell.

David always responded quickly and once I had provided details and photos of the property I needing clearing, he gave me a detailed estimate which broke down all the costs he would incur in responsibly deposing of items.

The clearance was performed on time. David was extremely diligent in checking for items that I might need to retain but which I had previously missed. I was so impressed and grateful he did this.

The clearance was completed in the estimated time and he even swept and hoovered the floors!

David provides high quality detailed photos of the final cleared rooms.

The final invoice fell within the original estimated range.

All in all a very professional job and I would absolutely recommend them.
