pls dont take any products or crdt card from idfc banks ..total fraud ...i have faced the issues a lot ....i have to pay emi ..nd it was late for the month ...nd also i have infrmd that 1st itself nd main branch begumpet offc ..eventhough they are calling countienesly.also i have gave a response tooo ..but they are coming home nd making calls again and again nd making harassment nd feels lot of pressure tooooo .....nd main thing they add a bounce charges nd penalty chrges nd extra charges heavily

Got the IDFC FIRST Classic card mostly for groceries and online stuff. Nothing fancy, but it does the job. Cashback is okay, and I like that there’s no annual fee.

I have loan from IDFC they are frauds ... 2nd maintained amount date EMI paid online for their request later again after that same month they have bounce on 10again for the money EMI...
They double emi taking fraud Bank in one month....
Others avoid this Bank for your Futures they will spoil your cibil and take double of EMI earlier when your check is bounced they said for this situations... intreste rate are very high...

IDFC bank is too bad service and cheating with me 😭😭😭😭😭 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 every month 03 EMI date but not cutting . Tooo bad I heartly too bad. Every month same repeat every month cheque bounce.my account 02 date deposit money. but not cutting amount 03 date why.

"Don’t open NRE/NRO account with IDFC First Bank"
Customer service and management of this bank is worse than other banks. I opened my NRE/NRO account as someone suggested to me. But I found this bank not even close what they advertising on every platform. First of all I faced problem with account opening. Then I had to chase the bank to find out my account detail kit. When account was open than they started forcing to put money in the account to maintain min balance. I was on travelling for a month so I couldn’t do the transaction so they put debit restrictions on my account. When this issue resolved then I thought everything is fine. After 4 months when I need to transaction on emergency basis than I find out that again debit restrictions put on my account. And this debit restriction is because they said I have not submitted my original document to bank. But 4 month ago I personally handed over the original document to one of the IDFC first bank branch. Also mail send to the concern personal with complete detail on the same time from that branch but what I found is the lack of management and irresponsible professionalism in this bank no one took responsibility. Bank management saying *“ we apologising for that we couldn’t checked this thing before because our mails are auto deleted from the IDFC first bank mail box. So we can’t check your mail now when u have send it to us. Also we couldn’t remove the debit restrictions until we receive dispatch no from IDFC bank personal who received your document ”*. Now From last 4 days I’m chasing the bank to remove the debit restriction but no response on call/msg/call back from relation manager/customer service. This is ridiculous, very unprofessional , pathetic device from IDFC first bank.

I had applied credit card for 2 times cibil 780+ and office address verified but didn't get a Card due to bank internal policy.
