"Wrong items received"

I ordered two bracelets for myself and my partner for our 1 year anniversary. One was gold with white rope (small size), and the other silver with black rope (larger size).

When they arrived, the bracelet I ordered for myself was correct (gold with white), but I received a necklace instead of the bracelet for my partner.

I emailed with details and pictures and they were very good with letting me know they would send out the missing bracelet.

Unfortunately, I then received another gold with white rope bracelet in the small size. This would have been OK, however it was the exact same one I had already received, and was such a small size (as I had ordered for myself) that it won't fit my partner. I emailed exchange life again informing them of the above with pictures and the detail, however I've had no response since.

Update: Exchange Life have since been in touch and have said they will send out the correct item. Overall, their customer service has been very good.

I recently ordered a silver necklace that features a round pendant with carvings of my home country and the country I currently live in. On the opposite side, there's a small yet meaningful message I chose to have carved out. I really like the necklace; although the countries could be a bit larger, I actually prefer their smaller size because it adds a subtle touch of personalization. It's exactly what I was looking for, allowing the carvings to be more private and meaningful to me. Overall, I'm quite satisfied with my purchase.

I got a necklace. It was made pretty well and has good quality. You just have to be patient after ordering. Of course custom products take a few days so thats pretty normal. I got my order in about 1,5 weeks so still fast.
