"Sadly the bad reviews are true!"

Sadly the bad reviews are true. I ordered from Exchange Life on the 10th March 2025. A week later no change in order status. I send an email Celine replies and advises there's a delay, goods will be shipped end of March. End of March no update in tracking. Send a follow up email, again Celine responds that goods will be shipped by the 7th April (saw similar updates on this page as well).
Now the 12th, no change in order status and all follow up emails have been ignored.
Over a month later, no change in order status, no parcel shipped and now emails also being ignored.
I've requested a refund which I also doubt will be acknowledged or processed, so at the end of the day I guess I fell for what is essentially a scam

I ordered March 12th. It is now April 10th and the charms have still yet to ship. They did not tell me when I ordered that charms were our of stock and not coming in until April 7th. On April 7th they further stated that they had not be shipped yet despite reassuring me multiple times.

This company provided excellent charms and high quality jewelry. I love my two necklaces and my charm bracelet. The shipping took longer than expected but it was well worth the wait.

The Charms arrived, Kim was very happy with them. It took a little longer than expected but the end result was worth it to see her smile. They have a handy case to fit them in and the flags all looked good and seemed well constructed. You might have to wait but they are totally worth the wait.

Used the keychain set up. Overall, very cute. The keychain looks durable, got as a gift for my daughter who travels a lot. I thought it was a little expensive for what you get but still a great gift.
