"NO CARE - CUSTOMER CARE! DO NOT ORDER"
CAUTION: I should have read all these reviews prior ordering. I can guarantee you that all these 1-star reviews are correct based from my experience.
I made an oder and requested if they can rush it as it was a gift. Although I understand the holiday season, I just tried my luck.
Contacted their support, then got 1 reply, a generic one, and not even reading my request. I did not even get the answer to my question. Sent another email for follow up, no reply. Sent another one - no reply. Last try - no reply. Completely unacceptable and frustrating.
The thought of this product is great, unique but their after sales support is just TERRIBLE.
If the management is reading these reviews (but i guess not, because based from what i am seeing, nothing has changed on how you handle your customers) you should think about improving your after sale care or better yet CHANGE YOUR NO-CARE CUSTOMER CARE. I am disputing this charge, since up to now i have not been able to get any reply from you! Ruined my holiday gift! DO NOT ORDER

"Poor service and no communication "
I’m still waiting on a tracking Number, I have tried to reach out to there customer service many times and have still received no reply. It has since past my delivery window and I have still not had a reply from any of there support team.

"A unique personalised gift made with care and thought."
The team at Exchange Life (especially Benedict who I liaised with) really worked hard with me to ensure the perfect representation for a gift for my daughter. Having seen one of their necklaces previously, I can vouch for the quality of the disc, chain and packaging. Such a unique and great gift idea with meaning! The customer service element impressed me hugely. I will no doubt be purchasing from them again.

"TRASHY CHINA PRODUCTS WITH WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!"
I ordered this as a gift, then I got the wrong product. I had to contact their support MULTIPLE TIMES to get a reply. When I finally did, seems like i am speaking to a robot, or maybe she is just not reading my emails AT ALL. I HAD TO REPEAT MYSELF OVER AND OVER AGAIN for a simple concern. Guess what happens next? I WAS GHOSTED and never replied. What a trashy products, SCAM company and USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE!! DO NOT TRANSACT WITH THIS COMPANY EVER! LEARN FROM MY EXPERIENCE. WASTED MY MONEY!

"Dreadful experience"
Dreadful experience. Concept is great but reality is poor. Ordered a two cities bracelet which arrived via Royal Mail with little communication in between. The outline of the cities bear very little resemblance to what I received unless Belfast has emigrated down under and become Australia. I was expecting an outline of the country with the city flagged but I got the outline of the cities - like anyone would recognize the outline of a city =completely bonkers and meaningless. When I queried I was told nothing could be done as this was the correct shape of the cities but I could 75% off something else equally meaningless. Quality is very poor - bracelet more like a shoe lace and a rubbish one, completely ripped off

"Ideal gift for long distance couples"
Being in a long distance relationship, I collect every little thing what can remind me of my partner. This products was perfect from the first time I saw it. The quality is good, the delivery time was fast, and I always got little updates about it, so even the communication is decent. I loved to open my necklance while being in a videocall with my partner. I am very satisfied with it and it always makes me smile when I look at it.

"A necklace never arrived"
I never received my necklace. When I contacted them, they said that my parcel was delivered; nor have I received an email confirmation about an upcoming delivery with a tracking number, let alone my parcel. I had to dispute the charge with my bank as their customer service stopped responding to my emails. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME—IT'S A TOTAL SCAM!

I received the bracelets in 2 weeks and they are in good condition, very cute design but they are smaller than what is shown in the photos.

Worst experience ever. They have made an engraving mistake and promised me to correct it, but have been ghosting me since months! I followed up to emails and no one ever responds.

The team at Exchange Life were accommodating of my wish to have 3 homes rather than 2, to show the places I have spent my time until now, and my next destination. The team were super responsive, and sent me a mock design to make sure that it was right. The product came through and was just as I hoped, and is the perfect reminder that, wherever I am, home can be there too, and that the key is to keep making memories (the quote I chose to go on my pieces)
