I received an item from this website after I requested my partner I did not want any Instagram scams as a christmas present and here we are. The object is overpriced for what it is (you can achieve the same result with 2 minutes in Canva and sending it over to some chinese sellers and spend less than 10% of the price on the website). I would say, top price, should not me more than 10 euros.
This item will show your partner that you are basic and don't know them for what they are and what they really like, and I see how someone could find this romantic, but I would say it's an effortless gift. If you think this is the right present for your partner, go on. It wasn't for me knowing how much he spent on this junk.

"Buyer Beware. Customer service is terrible"
I ordered a bracelet on Dec 1st for my daughter for our 1st Christmas apart. She is in Australia and I’m in the U.K. it’s now Christmas Eve and the tracking shows it has been stuck in Sydney since Dec 17th. I emailed Exchange Life to ask for help after stating I have been tracking it and where it is. The suggestion from “Celine” was to “try tracking it”. 🤦♀️seriously?! Why ever did I not think of that?! I replied to her and her next suggestion was to “contact my local courier” HUH?! I don’t think my local EVRI would have any idea as to what a specific Aussie based courier is doing.
I did mention that perhaps that’s her company’s job to do that being as Exchange Life contracted with that courier to deliver their products.
I can understand things taking a while. What I can’t understand is
a/ items being stuck for days somewhere in a (possibly?) warehouse (possibly) somewhere near my daughter in Sydney and b/ totally inept customer service when I ask for help.
I don’t have confidence that this is going to turn up.
I’m not convinced I believe the “about” section of this company’s page. The email correspondence very much comes across as correspondence that happens all too often now. Ending each email with “greetings” IYKYK
This has all made this already difficult Christmas without her even worse as now I haven’t even got a gift to her.
So basically if you are happy throwing money with a hope and wish that it might get there one day or that it might, this is the company for you!
