Die Bestellung kam nicht an. Nach meiner Nachfrage wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass sie wohl verloren gegangen sei und sie mir noch einmal das selbe schicken wollen… darauf warte ich jetzt schon seit 20 Tagen :-(

Hello, ordered november 28th received it today on december 21st shipping isn't exactly the fastest but it arrived quicker than it was expected to. Quite satistifed with the product it's a big small but extremely well fitted. Saw some other reviews saying it was unrecognizable but I'm able to distinguish both locations quite fairly. I'm overall satisfied and glad it arrived as I expected it. I saw a few one star reviews and was starting to get worried. Quite pricy and have to be patient but I'd say it'll make a great gift!

"3 weeks on… no product and dire customer service"

Ordered over three weeks ago and yet to even get the product. Advertised shipping times are complete lies. I have tried to complain and request my money back from ‘customer service’ over email to no avail. They just blame the delivery company (but haven’t told me who is even meant to be delivering it) for the delays and fact expected delivery just keeps going back with each passing day. The fact YOU choose a sub par delivery company is not my fault. I’m so disappointed it was meant to be a gift but at this point will have to buy another and be out of pocket! So please don’t be lured in my other good reviews like I was because honestly this whole buying and service experience has been horrendous. Would not recommend to anyone.
