"Love the countries charm necklace!"

Let me start by saying I love the country charm necklace that I got!! It’s such a cool concept and the charms are so cute. The necklace looks incredibly cool on, and it’s such a conversation starter. My only complaint is the charms poke you a little bit. Not too badly, but it is slightly pokey and uncomfortable to wear. Still going to wear it though. Worth it.

My order got lost in december by the postal services. Exchange life offered to replace my order for free, but today, on Jan 30th, i still don't know if they will ship anything. I have no informations, only get an automatic message.
I hope i will get my product soon, or at least get a refound.

"TOTAL SCAM - parcel claimed to be delivered never arrived"

I place an order almost two weeks ago and have been tracking my parcel since. Earlier this week I got an email saying that the order had been delivered, yet absolutely no sign of this anywhere by the delivery address. Turns out, the couriers had delivered the order to a completely random address nowhere near to where I live. They are frankly so unwilling to help, and contacting Exchange Life to get this resolved is proving futile as they are not responding to emails. I even sent them a DM on Instagram and have heard nothing back. On top of this, I still paid for the value add “shipping insurance” at checkout. I’m guessing this was also a useless addition, as nobody seems willing to help. I guess they’ll expect me to just write off this order. Absolutely horrific experience and I recommend you stay away if you don’t want your money stolen from you!
