I ordered a gift on feb 2nd, I paid extra for an "express delivery", I didn't receive yet (2/27). I'm using an address where we receive packages every day and this Exchange Life package keeps returning to the sender with the "insufficient address" excuse. I sent the correct address to Celine via e-mail and after the second try, the package went back to the sender again. I'm trying to get a refund for the purchase and they just stopped answering. I don't recommend buying in this store. It takes forever to arrive (IF IT ARRIVES!). horrible costumer service. Still waiting for a better solution, or at least for an answer.

Delivery is way longer that they state on their website. I ordered February 7 and It showed that my package would arrive February 20/21, and allowed me to pay for faster processing to get it 4 days earlier (Feb. 16/17). I received it today (Feb. 25), which is 6 days after the birthday I ordered it for. They state that they ship from europe, but my package was shipped from China. 2 stars because the necklace looks good.
Which means they lie on their website and it’s probably a dropshipping website.
