I ordered a gift for a friend three months ago, and she never received it. The company’s excuse? They claimed that the recipient should pay taxes to receive the package—an absolutely absurd policy for a gift . Despite this, my friend never received the item, regardless of the supposed issue.

I’ve exchanged more than 10 emails with their customer service, hoping for a resolution or at least a refund, but their responses have been dismissive and unhelpful. It’s clear they don’t care about customer satisfaction or standing behind their service.

I’m deeply frustrated and disappointed—not only because of the money lost but because of the time wasted and the poor experience I endured. I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from this company to think twice. If something goes wrong, don’t expect support, accountability, or even basic customer service.

The necklaces are incredible. They’re not too chunky but not to small either and the engravings are the perfect size. Not only that the team was so helpful with delivering 2 necklaces to 2 different locations (and it only cost 1 lot of shipping). Overall a wonderful experience.
