"first review ever"

We have previously rented quite a few camper vans from a different company who have always been thoroughly professional and delivered great customer service. However the experience renting from just go has been less than adequate. One gripe is that they charge for parking a car and as far as I know no other company does this as the sites are usually in the middle of nowhere due to size. However the biggest complaint is the complete lack of personalisation you are dealing with a seemingly corporate company with unbendable rules and regulations intent on extracting as much extra money from the customer in dubious ways. The van we hired was not cleaned properly it actually smelt and we purchased cleaning material to clean the floors and the van itself to get rid of the smell. The equipment is very basic with a mug breaking as the shelves had been fitted the wrong way up and a dish breaking whilst washing up and cutting my partners hand. On the way back the van would not shift from third gear and we had to pull off the motor way. This made us late and we got charged £40 for filling up a 3/4 full gas bottle. Then my partner received an email informing us that a wing mirror had been damaged and that they had saved us money by fixing it. We know 100% that we had not done any damage to the vehicle. On challenging this the company then sent an email stating that on this occasion they would waive the charge. Personally the way the vans are thrown around by staff may be a cause of the damage in the first place. To top up insult to injury we cancelled our next booking due to the poor customer service and now the company will not refund the deposit even though the booking is at least 3 months ahead. There aftercare service is absolutely rubbish and I really think no one actually cares about future business or reputation. Terms and conditions are king.

"Just Go look elsewhere"

Dont waste your time and money dealing with this company, they are scammers. We booked and secured our motor home with them months in advance, and we planned our holiday accordingly. They come back to us 2 weeks before our holiday, informing us that the driver's license details, which we gave upon booking, does not go by their Terms & Conditions fine print. This was something no other similar service required, yet Just Go did, and failed to detect this during the booking process. Best part is that they do not return your deposit, and they wont even budge.The customer service was appalling, not helpful whatsoever. They seem to do this quite often, professional scammers, just wish I read reviews before I booked, seems this happens quite often.

Worst customer service. Dont bother.

We feel like we’ve been scammed.
They seem to make extra profit through their crafty terms and conditions.
After we made our reservation and put our deposit down, went ahead and started planning our trip. Only later we were told that we’re unable to proceed, but we’re not entitled for a refund either.

So they’ve gone ahead and ruined our family holiday plans, but at the same time kept our money just to add insult to injury.

What they’re doing is certainly shady, and they’ll just use their t&cs to try get away with it legally.

"Terrible Customer Service!"

My experience with Justgo has been the most disappointing I have had with a motorhome rental company to date. Their customer service is appalling and they put absolutely zero effort into resolving their client’s concerns. They also have the most primitive and non-functional booking system of any vehicle rental company I have dealt with. It does not check simple things such as driving license details before accepting a booking.
They give no importance to their reputation or what their customers think of them. They are more focused on making a quick buck capitalising on any opportunity which may present itself than to gain long-term repeat business of their customer base. I have personally never experienced an opportunistic company like this before.
Their main priority is to hide behind their 17 page / 8,000+ word terms and conditions which will in almost every scenario acts against the customer. Do not be drawn in to their “offers” as you will likely end up paying more in the long run. Stay away from this company! Terrible customer service.

"Very Poor Service"

Very Poor Service, again!
The motorhome we purchased from Justgo has had a number of problems whilst under warranty. The latest being the failure of the leisure battery whilst on holiday in southern Europe. The battery would discharge after only a couple of hours. On returning to the uk, it was 8 days before they could look at it, on doing so they said they could not find anything wrong. I then carried tests by recording the voltage and percentage reading hourly, both during the day (the vehicle has a solar power panel) and evening to prove it was faulty. Justgo said they would apply for a warranty claim, but this usually takes months to process, I eventually got them to agree to replace it themselves, but lots of hassle to do so. This took approximately 4 weeks to sort out, which caused us a great deal of inconvenience, yet they don't seem to care.
As with this, all of our dealing with Justgo are via one person, when that person is not available for days, we are always told we will have to wait until he returns to work.

Justgo have no idea of how to provide service support to their customers, I recommend that they look at/visit other businesses to find out, its not that difficult!
