"Panda Icon Disappearance"

The latest version of panda dome is missing one feature
that the previous had. That is an icon lower right corner that indicates panda is active and protecting the computer. That gives me reassurance when I boot up and go online. Maybe u can update that or maybe i should choose the option to go back to the previous version.

"I have been using Panda for years!"

I originally used Panda Security as it was already installed on a computer handed down from my son-in-law. The renewal signs started popping sometime during the late Summer of that year (2008 or before), as I recall. My son-in-law did not remember anything about the software, saying it had probably been something free he had installed on his now old laptop. The price was right, so I renewed it -- during a time when Norton was the Anti-virus of choice, before McAfee came on stage. With the next renewal pop-ups, Panda gave me the option to protect 3 computers for one low price. So, I did so. I have been pleased over the years with the protection I seem to have from Panda. I say "seem to have" because I am a non-computer person, in general. Over the years, the price for 3-computer protection has gone up, but the software catches a number of items now and again, so I continue to feel protected. I do not "surf" the internet or visit questionable sites, so the few reminders I get from Panda that tell me it is doing it's job continue to make me feel protected. Additionally, the product does seem to have expanded in its capabilities.

On the down side, I have a new son-in-law (no, not a replacement for the one that got me started with Panda, but another daughter's recent husband). He is a computer "guru" as that is his paying job. He has never heard of Panda. Just tuck that away-- Just an FYI note.

That does not mean that I am not pleased with the product. I am very pleased and continue with the 3-computer protection ... and it is now 2022!

"The worse antivirus experience!!"

The worse antivirus experience!!! I installed it, when i restart the pc it will not start!! Absolutly nothing can start, just blocked apps, screen, nothing works!
Stay away from junk products, i scaned my pc and no virus was found, it has a conflict somewhere... But now i have to reinstall windows

The customer service was fantastic, recently I upgraded my computer and the switch from old to new was very smooth an agent poped-up on my screen and asked if I needed help. I am very pleased and happy with Panda Security.

Its functional , but why in hell you must send pop up advertising all time to my desktop,? Its irritating me and sometimes stops all work to get Panda window down.
If you cant get the function off, I`ll stop my deal and chance to an other virus program. I pay monthly and its easy to stop, if not listening me.
