"Too many ads"

Too many ads, tech department I believe may have been a third party that hijacked and installed Panda. And upsold me on something or maintenance program not sure I needed. Anyway the online purchase of Panda is from a reseller, try to avoid that if at all possible. Overall the product seems to be working, just not overly happy with the whole 4 days of drama to get product installed.
