No confirmation email of order or response to email enquiries whether they had received the order or not. Goods turned up late on day 4 via Evri rather than Parcelforce or FedEx as stated on their website.

Hi, I paid for an order on 21/05/24 and had not heard anything from Andrews Coatings so I chased by WhatsApp . A brief holding message was sent back, but I've still no idea if my order has been processed, is out of stock or whether they are even bothered about my order.
The money has been taken over a week ago.
I am posting here to inform others, who may use this company to see what they can expect, if they still choose to use them.
I will update as/when/if they respond.

Very pleased with service. Items arrived after 5 working days as advertised. Customers are also notified if an item is temporarily out of stock. Reasonably priced. Will use Andrews again in future.

Placed an order March 19th, did not arrive. When I contacted them april 3rd I was told its been discontinued.
Poor customer service, no updates, I had to chase them.

It’s been over a week since I ordered and the website said delivery would be in 2-3 days. I emailed to ask if the order had been sent I have received no reply. The chat function on the website doesn’t work. No response to phone call. Zero customer service. Will need to look at getting payment back from credit card.
