"Alquiler coche Rumanía "

Alquilamos un coche para 4 días. Leyendo las reseñas de otros alquileres de coches en Rumanía, teníamos miedo de tener que pagar mas que lo que nos decía en la pagina web, como le ha pasado a otros usuarios en otras compañías, pero con Ascaro.ro, todo ha salido perfecto. Ademas, tenían disponible un coche superior al que alquilamos y nos lo ofrecieron al mismo precio, por lo que aceptamos. Te llevan el coche a la salida del aeropuerto y la entrega del vehículo es a cinco minutos andando de la terminal del aeropuerto. Nosotros añadimos al gun extra al alquiler, como la limpieza del coche y el segundo conductor. La verdad es que el coche estaba en perfectas condiciones y ha sido un alquiler sin sorpresas de ultima hora, por lo que cuando volvamos volveremos a alquilar con ellos sin duda.

"Truly dissapointing! "

What a disapointment - we booked a van with Ascar, and received a booking confirmation via email, so far so good...As the rental day approached, we had to ask Ascar how to get our van the next day at 8am.

Only a few hours before the start of the rental Ascar simply responded that there are no cars, to which we replied that we have a booking confirmation.

Ascar responded: "What you made on the website it’s a request not a reservation". This of course is complete bullcrap. We booked the car way in advance due to the holidayseason rush, and got the booking confirmation via email.

As a result, we had cancel our plans, as no other rental van was available!

"Disappointing customer service"

I was promised a vehicle from the 2023-2024 production year. In the end I got a car from 2018 with close to a quarter of a million kilometers that the car had driven. There were several breakdowns in the car and the main one is the lack of air conditioning. The company disclaimed responsibility even though it received all the details it requested.

Am inchiriat un duster automat ce a venit intr-o conditie perfecta , curata si fara daune, am ales sa imi livreze masina acasa chiar daca a fost o ora inafara programului si destul de dimineata ( 06:30 dimineata) baiatul ce mi a livrat masina a fost punctual fara sa intarzie, iar procesul de livrare nu a durat mai mult de 10 minute , masina a mers impecabil si sunt sigura ca viitoarea masina inchiriata va fi de la Ascar.
