"Excellent product"

I have been using My Perfect Eyes for quite a few years now and I wouldn't be without it,I use it every time I go out which is mostly everyday. The service and delivery is very prompt. I also love the special promotions like buy one get one free ,it saves me so much money.But I did notice some bottles do not last as long as previous ones I have purchased,I always put a date on the bottle and my last one was finished within one month.

My Perfect Eyes is the most brilliant product, it’s does everything that “it says on the tin”. I am extremely impressed with The Perfect Cosmetics Company. They were extremely quick to respond by email and also their telephone advisors who were polite and informative as I prefer to actually speak to a real person. After ordering my product it arrived amazingly quickly which I didn’t expect given that I had placed the order just before a weekend, thank you so much for such a quick response. I would whole heartedly recommend this company, very well done to all those I dealt with. Thank you.

I admit I was sceptical about "my perfect eyes" doing as they said, but as the saying goes " it does as it says on the tin", not just under the eyes, but on other problem areas of the face. Well worth the money.

I did not receive my first order I placed even though it said on the website that it had been delivered. I got in touch with customer services and my complaint got picked up by Retchil who went above and beyond to help me. I was sent a new order which I gratefully received. I couldn't believe my eyes when I watched a TV demo of this product and admit I highly sceptical. So I was over the moon when I got to use it myself. I swear it takes 15 years off me!

I ordered the perfect eye product and whilst I loved the effect, due to my very sensitive skin I was t able to continue using it. I got in touch to ask if I could send the product back and Jade replied extremely quickly and apologised. She then offered to exchange my eye cream for a hydrating serum. I received this within days and I have used this and love it. Excellent customer service, so helpful.
