"Exceptional Service and Outside Normal Working Hours"

This product is one a repeatedly order and the last order was damaged beyond repair in transit by the delivery company. I made contact with The Perfect Cosmetics Co. and within an hour Jade had returned a response to my email to say a replacement order was already on its way. A brilliant, professional and courteous service all of which took place outside of normal working hours. Thank you so much.

I couldn’t believe it worked so well and quick!!!! I honestly thought I’m wasting my money here but just have to try it, I have awful bags under my eyes and so embarrassed by them ,when I put the perfect eye serum on and fanned my eyes the skin tightened and the bags literally shrunk away!!!!! You have to make sure you gently rub it in from inside to the outside of the eye bag,if you don’t do it properly it leaves a white residue on the skin ,that happened to me a few times until I mastered it.Also you can’t have any cream or foundation under the eyes as it won’t work but truly I was amazed and it gives me confidence and lasts several hours, I’m willing to show anyone who’s sceptical, I bought the 2 for the price of one deal thinking well I have 2 to last me awhile or I will get my money back !!!!!!! I just love it !!!

"Bad security practices, do not give personal info"

This company is flagging bad reviews as belonging to a different company because, in their own words, "our database was hacked a couple of years ago". The reviews then get deleted.

So, when you purchase from them, they take your personal details, including payment methods, and yet can't be bothered to secure their systems properly. This type of carelessness is a giant red flag, and points to their cavalier attitude towards your privacy and security.

Avoid.

I have sensitive eyes, so was always going to worry about the reaction I might have to this serum. I tried it on my inner arm & had no reaction but still waited a week before I was game enough to use it. There is no doubt that the fine lines around my 72 year old eyes faded significantly. No reaction! I felt the tingling & a little bit of tightness, but nothing to worry about. Impressed. I’ll use it when I go out, never in the sun though.
