Wish I could write a better review but I expect better customer service than what I received. Three days after I placed my order I still had not received confirmation, so I called. Got a standard excuse , blah, blah... "it'll be in the mail tomorrow", blah , blah
Second phone call to follow up after no confirmation, blah, blah. At this point I was ready to ramp up an investigation. My credit card had been billed.
I told this to the contact person and the next thing I see is confirmation of shipment and eventually got delivery. Perhaps I am being too harsh but in this arena of online purchasing you must be diligent.
My sister got her Catechism, only 7 days late.
