The prices and free shipping were my reasons to order from this website. The speed of the delivery was great. I ordered two paperback books. One is fine. The other is bent. It was purchased to be a gift. The books should have been wrapped in plastic or shrinkwrap. The cardboard packaging did not provide enough cushion to keep the products protected. I don't know if I will be able to gift the book that is bent. I don't know if I will use the website again.
