I'm happy to update my review if something changes. As of right now I have an order placed for an item that I didn't notice was marked as back-ordered. When I reached out to the company they promptly answered that they would see if it could be shipped from the vendor. That was 5 days ago. I shouldn't have to ping them for an update.

* As an update to my review, I reached out today and received a response that my item was shipped and should have arrived today. I confirmed that it did arrive. The receiver was very happy with the product.
