"I have tried to order spark plugs twice…"
I have tried to order spark plugs twice over the span of a few months, both times I was informed they were “delayed”. I kept waiting for an update and both times finally received the update that they “may be lost”. Ordered through Amazon, checked several other places for these specific spark plugs but seems this company is the supplier everywhere I look so I’m afraid to try it again.
***In response to the reply, I never received the orders to be able to decline them. I only received notifications that the delivery "may be lost" when I tracked it. I did receive the refunds.

I ordered ignition coils for my Toyota Camry and got parts for a Toyota Tacoma. I sent the wrong parts back. I have the date, the time that they received the parts back and the name of the person who received the parts and still no refund. You’re taking a chance when you buy from this company.

I finally got a portion of my refund.
I got $170.12 out of $183.63.
I lost more than that. If you subtract the money I use to fax the Better Business Bureau of Indiana and the Office of the Indiana Attorney General that cost me $38.71.
That leaves me with $144.92 minus the $1.50 that I had to pay to have a check sent to me.
Thank God for The Indiana Attorney General and The Better Business Bureau for their help. I did only get a portion of my money back which is a lot better than no money. I will never do business with this company again.

Poor delivery. Advertised 2-4 day shipping. Used DHL with horrible customer service. 9 days so far and no delivery date yet

I found the best prices on this site, which was easy to use and had plenty of parts for my car which is fairly uncommon. I also received my parts 3 days after I ordered them, which was really convenient.
