Already had one bamboo pillow which I love and which has helped my neck stiffness, even though I was sceptical at first!! I ordered a twin pack recently, one for my mother and one for my husband! They arrived promptly and no delivery problems! I do think they seem thinner than my original one, even after using for a week, but they may plump up with time!

After trying the bamboo pillow for a couple of weeks i found it so uncomfortable i decided to return it under the money back guarantee. At first i was told to keep trying it for the full 30 days trial period as they take time to soften. I did this but the pillow was still very hard and uncomfortable so i decided to return it, this was a very easy return i just dropped it at a local pick up point. I did have to chase up my refund though as it had not been recognised as returned but as soon as they tracked it down i did get a full refund as promised.

Left them to air for a couple of days as advised so didn't really notice any bad smell. They're quite big but much better than having two pillows. They feel a bit hard initially but we're getting used to them and sleeping really well. Also keeps my head cooler when the hot flushes strike! All things considered I think they're a really good buy.

Fab pillow. Has pretty much reduced my neck and shoulder pain to nothing! Amazing!
