Ordered Friday morning on Black Friday sales - email late today (Tuesday) to advise out of stock.
Why show as in stock?! Missed out on stock elsewhere now. Poor customer service. Had a bad experience back in 2019 and has reminded me why I haven’t shopped there since!

I received an order that was in unacceptable condition and the packaging was open and resealed and had torn labels all over it. Issue was not resolved as I required a brand new item boxed
