Nothing wrong with the items however you did not include an invoice so DHL had to contact me to get same and with no itemised invoice from you indicating that the items were for a child under 13 I had to pay €40 duty and customs which is not applicable as the goods were for a child for whom being 2 years old these charges should be exempt

My order was cancelled after 2 weeks of waiting no explanation no apology customer service was none existent?

Had to chase the order up my self no communication from them. This was a £160 order for my daughters birthday party which was ruined.

Absolutely terrible service I went in on the Monday asked about a certain pair of new balance for a toddler bearing in mind it’s for her birthday so needed to no if they was in I was told there in stock but because they haven’t been put in the system yet they couldn’t sell me them to phone back Tuesday. I called back Tuesday to be told they was just being put in the system they will be for sale on the Wednesday to call in I explained again it’s for the babies birthday they said don’t worry there is plenty of size 6 toddler in stock so I goes in Wednesday ask for the size 6 that I was told was Definetely in stock and would be for sale only to be told the smallest they had was a 10 the customer service is absolutely awful this is the metquarter shop don’t ever bother with these there an absolute liability who don’t care about customer service

What a credit, Olivia is to Kids Cavern. Went above and beyond for me and my daughter. Had order some trainers online right shoe was worn and slightly damaged had called the Liverpool store who had passed my details onto the web team. Olivia had called me asked me what’s wrong went to check stock called me back to let me know she will be transferring the trainers to Trafford for my convenience aswell super service. Will be going into Trafford store to exchange them over. Thank you once again :)

"Worst service"

Do not trust this shop. Especially you should not buy from overseas.
I had a problem with customs because they sent the wrong invoice.

Also, after I got the shipping notice, I suddenly got a refund, but I didn't get any information about which items were canceled.
They sell it online even though they don't have it in stock.

Because of the wrong invoice what they sent,the Japan customs office contacted me.
I contacted customer service asking them to send me the correct invoice, but it's been two days and they haven't responded at all.
Totally irresponsible and customer service　is not working.
