"Poor service, lack of information"

I ordered 5 things from your shop. After some time I received information that I will get refund for some. What for? It had to be on the list below but wasn’t. Currier gave me the parcel with two things because rest was out of stock. I sent it back because wasn’t useful without rest of things. Why it was still available on the website and I paid for it. This is so frustrating because my child was waiting for this.

I ordered some stuff for my daughter a week before our holiday and nothing arrived until 2 days after we had left so had to buy more again when we was away wouldn't use them again unfortunately

"Bad customer service"

Bought a dress that came without bloomers. Asked for the bloomers to be sent out was told out of stock. Bought again online at a further reduced price. Made a review explaining how awful their customer was. They lied again on my review and said the item I bought was out of stock.

I picked the new dress up with bloomers up from the store that day.

Just refunded no email 1st no apologies been waiting 5 days for order already cant get hold on the phone to find out what has been cancelled and what's getting delivered also I can't log back in it says account temporarily disabled

Ordered 1st time online. Not at all a great experience. Wasn’t happy with the customer service too. Had requested straightaway after placing order to swap the size for the same product. Was told they’ll do but they didn’t. And then for more than 2 weeks no update or email regarding my order after placing it. At last had to contact them. Then was told it will be despatched today. How can it takes 2/3 weeks for a small order being in the same country. Then was told 1 of the items I ordered is out of stock now. So how can that go out of stock when it was in stock when order was placed nearly 2/3 weeks ago. Wasn’t happy at all from start to finish how my order was handled n dealt with.
There are many bigger branded websites much professional and so quick to respond and resolve issues straightaway and delivered right on time. Not that customers have to keep following up and reminding you that I hv placed my order whats the update. Thanks but no thanks!

I ordered quite a few items and then 4 days later telling me they was out stock so a few weeks later I bought some other items to replace the 5/6 items that were out of stock another 5 days later I receive an email again telling me the items I ordered were out of stuck apart from two items I don’t think I’ll ever order from here again as I had to wait over a week plus for a refund on the items aswell.

Was really apprehensive about ordering from here after seeing so many negative comments, but so glad I chanced it!! My little girl was desperately looking for the pink glittery lelli kelly boots but we couldn't find any in her size near us. I found this website and amazingly they were on sale! Recieved 2 days after ordering. So impressed, thank you!
