"No Refund Received 21 days later"
Items sent back for a refund after the clothes not fitting my son (I reordered a bigger size the same day as I sent the return), tracking information states the returns were received on 19th January and I haven’t received a refund.
I have sent numerous emails, was promised a call back after speaking to an advisor and haven’t heard anything. I have since tried calling again and cannot get an answer!!
Shocking customer service.
Please send me my money back!!

"Zero customer service"
I had some problems with one item from my order (the trainers). The item was slightly soiled, but it was not a big issue. The big issue was the fact that the item was demaged.
I took some photos and sent them email. I resieved no reply.
I spent one day trying to call them. It was impossible to place a call.
This is a company with zero customer service.
And please don't reply with your standard statement 'please do not hesitate to contact us on care@ kidscavern.co.uk'. You do not read our messages!

When the clothes arrived they had alarms still on them 😡 my daughter couldn't wear her dress for a family occasion!! And now I've got to find the time to return the clothes to the store to have the alarms removed!!! Not happy with this atall

Delivery took ages from placing the order. Then the item I most wanted was refunded as out of stock and I wasn't aware until the rest of the order was on its way. Otherwise I'd have cancelled the whole order. Great!

Metrocentre store blasting inappropriate music with words like “n!gga” and “f***” I had to rush my children out before I had a chance to purchase anything.
