"Gone downhill rapidly! Now they are LYING"

Have used kids cavern for years and spent thousands…
Recently my orders have been taking weeks to be sent, with half the stuff missing as they’ve sold out contrary to what their website says. Which is annoying when you’re missing half of a tracksuit? No correspondence as to where the order is, account updates are useless as there isn’t any. All round terrible now.

My last order was a tracksuit and a t shirt which still hasn’t arrived, so now you are LYING.
The stone island t shirts were the order before that.
Where is my order?!? 3 and a half weeks on now!

After roughly 5 days I was sent an email saying some of my items were out of stock so they are sending a refund. Not great as this was a party outfit. And then delivery took too long for the item I did receive

Made two orders waited over a week on both to be told sorry don’t have it now .
The reason they didn’t have it was clearly because they took so long to sort my orders out so someone else got it .delivery service is horrendous and feedback is also so so slow to none existent .never know anything like it for a high end fashion shop .
Even when they issued a refund for one of the items I ordered from 4 they didn’t even say which one it was or the amount . I had to physically email and ask them ?

Half the items I ordered were unavailable and my order arrived with missing items, headache to get through to customer service who when I did asked for a picture of the box, the box was undamaged and the item missing so I don’t understand what a picture would show. Avoid.

Most of time Iv ordered Iv not received my full order somethings always out of stock they don’t let you know until 1-2 weeks after you ordered them have have to wait another 5 days for the refund. Happened on quite a few occasions will definitely order from elsewhere now

Returned 2 items back to them and still waiting on refund from them. Customer service is shocking

I was asked to collect from Liverpool store even though my confirmation stated home delivery. I then was asked to pay £3.95 when I enquired why my parcel hadn’t arrived… I did show them proof where my confirmation says delivery address.
