I ordered several items my order was confirmed and payment taken it was ten days later when I received an email to say all but one item was out of stock and it would take up to 5 days for a refund. I emailed Kids Cavern and stated I was not happy that it took 10 days for them to inform me of out of stock items and I will not order from them again, they did not even reply to my email.

Most of my items was not in stocks. There were another 2 customers with the same thing are customer services in store in Liverpool.
And when I attended the store the staff were very cold unwelcoming and stuck up.

Very poor service. They sold out otems before send out. Still did not get refund and chasing to get my money back. In mrevious order was not Klarna's issue and until I did not chase nobody sent anything. Snd when you srnt me one item was sold out already. When we place an order they must be reserved. If there is Klarna's issue you must let me know to pay with another method. Nobody sent me anything. Klarna told that you never clsimed money from them.

The order did not arrive within the stated delivery time. As a result, I could not bring the much needed item with me on a ski trip.

Took a long time to deliver when finally arrived they sent the wrong colour which had been stained by food! They don’t answer the phone. AVOID

"Long dispatch time"
Long dispatch time, only dispatched 5 days after contacting them, then said half of the order wasn’t avaliable after they said it had already been dispatched (took over 2 weeks to get an order which I’d paid delivery for) , they did refund but just found there whole process not very customer friendly and robotic. Wouldn’t be buying online from them again.
